Fisika Teori dan Material dibagi menjadi dua fokus kajian yaitu penelitian dalam aspek teori fisika fundamental dan fisika material yang mempelajari karakteristik suatu material seperti komposisi dan kandungan bahan yang digunakan dalam pembuatan komponen elektronika.
